About

Thank you for visiting. My name is Dida Kutz. As well as being certified by Emma Bragdon in her IMHU course on Spiritual Emergency, I have listed below numerous trainings relevant to facilitating spiritual emergency peer groups. Currently, I occasionally host social noting groups as a meditation teacher in Buddhist Geeks.

My role with Kind Emergents is to help educate people negotiating the challenges of spiritual awakenings/emergence. Please note that because I am not a licensed mental health therapist, I do not provide therapeutic advice.

I decided to become a spiritual emergency coach when a distressing “cracking open” of my heart occurred in early 2021 after years of meditation practice. (See The Warning Label video.) I had already had a lifetime of many anomalous occurrences (that I kept secret), and my empathetic distress led me to investigate the phenomenon of intense spiritual growth. This eventually led me to IMHU and a strong desire to support others going through psychospiritual upheavals. ~~ Dida
